Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every iLAVIN fragrance. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/video of the package and product.
• Once verified, we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; reverse-shipping charges may apply.

Refund timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us with your order ID. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
