Where we ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes via our courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking ID once your order ships.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations may take longer. Timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge applicable to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your mobile number and order ID.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply) or a refund of the product amount.
